Futuristic is the first word that strikes our minds when we look at the exterior of UNI-T. The front grille is large, and wide, mounted in the bumper, and has the same colour as the body. It has sharp character lines on the hood that is congruent with the sharp and sleek LED headlamps. Horizon belt lines look quite elegant on the sides. The door handles almost look camouflaged due to their colour matching the body which gives it the final futuristic touch.
The Changan UNI-T’s rear has a raked roofline. Sharp smoke tail lights bring the element of elegance to the rear side. The Changan UNI-T has alternating exhaust outlets and sandwiching diffusers. At the top, it has a pair of spoilers that gives it a sportier look like no other.
Thanks to its dual-tone interior, UNI-T’s sporty and modern cabin will give you the same vibe as its exterior. It has two screens (instrument cluster and infotainment) combined together. The shifter gives a futuristic feel due to its ergonomic design. On its side, we have a series of buttons such as self-parking, 360 camera, selfie camera, etc. It has electronically adjusted seats. The roof (from front to back) is totally made of glass which gives a unique ultra-panoramic classic view.
In terms of safety, the UNI-T has all the bells and whistles that anyone could ask for. An automatic braking system, 5mm-wave radar sensors, 6 cameras, three levels autonomous driving system, 12 ultrasonic sensors, tire-pressure monitoring system, Anti-lock braking system (ABS) and more.
UNI-T comes with a 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces about 177ps horsepower and 300 N.m torque with a 7-speed DCT be it in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
